Frequently Asked Questions
At TT&C Slots LLC, we have done our best to create a website that anticipates and satisfies our customers' needs. With that goal in mind, we have compiled a list of the most frequently asked questions. If your question was not answered below, please feel free to email us or call Tom @ (808) 387-2407
Question; Is this legal? I thought slot machines were illegal in Hawaii. Slot machines are illegal in Hawaii. TT&C Slots actually uses Pachislo machines which are legal in most states including Hawaii as long as they are not used for gambling. Our machines will only operate on tokens that we supply. The tokens are handed out freely to your guest, if they run out they can come and get more for free (sure wish they did this in Vegas). You may not win on our machines but you will never loose.
Question; How old do you have to be to play the machines? Unlike Las Vegas, Kids are more than welcome to play our machines. Very young children must be accompanied by an adult or responsible older child while playing.
Does TT&C Slots provide prizes for playing the machines? No. Any prizes to be awarded for playing the machines are the sole responsibility of the host. TT&C Slots may hand out the prizes to your guest but we are not allowed to provide them. Some of our package deals include five gift cards which are provided to the host as a "thank you" for using our services. The host, if they wish, may add those cards to their prizes or they may keep them for themselves.
Do you have a minimum charge per event? Yes. The minimum for any event is three machines or $450.
Do you require a deposit? For new customers a deposit of 10% or $100 is required. The deposit is normally waived for returning customers. Deposits are fully refundable up to seven days prior to your event. Cancelling within seven days of the scheduled event will forfeit the deposit. This does not apply in certian cases where cancelling is out of the control of the event host (pandemic, hurricane, etc.)
Are your machines allowed at all venues? Unfortunately No. Most venues have no problem with our machines but some hotels and golf courses may not allow them. The problem normally is because the venues that have a liquor license must get approval from the Honolulu liquor commission to bring the machines in. Sometime they approve us and sometimes not and so far we haven't been able to get an answer from them as to why. If your event is at one of these venues, please ask them in advance and make sure you tell them that the machines are PACHISLO machines. If you call them slot machines it will automatically be disapproved (remember, Las Vegas style slot machines are not legal in Hawaii).
What can I do if I'm not happy with your services? TT&C Slots has been in business since August of 2012. In that time we have never had a customer that was not happy with our services and I don't anticipate any in the future. That being said, our services are 100% guaranteed. If you have any issues with our services or our staff please let us know at the time and we will do everything we can to fix the problem. If we cant satisfy your complaint then you don't pay! Much of our business comes from referrals from our customers and people who were guest at an event we were at. It is VERY important to us that you and your guest are satisfied with what we do and how we do it.
